bandwidthEvery plan includes 100 GB of bandwidth and 500 GB of media storage each month — basically unlimited for a normal site. Past that, it's a flat $0.02 / GB delivered and $0.03 / GB-month stored, from a prepaid balance you top up. You're never charged more than you've loaded, unused balance rolls over, and if it runs dry your site quietly serves lower-bitrate media — it never goes down, and checkout is never throttled.

Yes — the same plan runs an online store, a subscription or streaming service, or a service/booking business (clinics, studios, agencies, pros). "Transactions" means whatever you charge for: orders, subscription renewals, or paid bookings. Revenue is revenue. Same platform, same pricing.
Do I have to pick a plan?
No — your plan adjusts on its own. We always place you on the smallest tier that fits your monthly transactions and revenue, and only move you up after you pass both lines (with a little hysteresis, so a one-off busy month never bumps you). If you’d rather set it yourself — to lock a tier or plan ahead — you can choose your plan manually any time.
Why both transactions and revenue?
You only move up a tier when you pass BOTH the transaction and the revenue line — so a high-volume, low-margin business is never bumped into an expensive plan on count alone. It keeps pricing fair across very different business types.
Are features locked to higher tiers?
No. Every feature — B2B, custom apps, multi-site, granular permissions — is included on every plan. You pay for scale, not for unlocking features.
What about payment fees?
Card processing is your own Stripe account's standard rate. On top of that we take a platform fee set by your plan tier: 0.7% on Starter, dropping to 0.3% on Scale. The rate falls as you qualify for a higher tier (by monthly transactions and revenue), so growing never raises it. It's charged on what you sell, net of discounts, never on tax (or shipping, for physical goods). No per-card-type surcharges.
Multiple sites?
Each site is its own subscription on the plan that fits it — and you switch between all of yours from one login. No bundling, no per-site math.
What about bandwidth & storage for video?
Every plan includes 100 GB bandwidth + 500 GB media storage per month. Beyond that it's $0.02/GB delivered and $0.03/GB-month stored, from a prepaid balance — you never overspend it, it rolls over, and a dry balance only lowers media quality (the site and checkout never go down).
