Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) lists conduct and content that are not permitted on the Preview Coffee Co. platform. It supplements the Terms of Service; violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited products and services

  • Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and components.
  • Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods.
  • Stolen goods and inventory of unverifiable provenance.
  • Sexual content involving minors or non-consensual material.
  • Live animals.
  • Prescription drugs without a verified pharmacy license.
  • Tobacco, vapes, and nicotine products to jurisdictions where prohibited.
  • Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, and chance-based games.
  • Multi-level-marketing schemes and pyramid structures.
  • Cryptocurrency exchanges, custody, or initial offerings.
  • Goods or services that violate Stripe's Restricted Businesses list.

Prohibited conduct

  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices, including misleading product claims, fake reviews, and bait-and-switch.
  • Phishing, malware distribution, or impersonation of others.
  • Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) — collected emails must have provable opt-in consent.
  • Collecting personal data deceptively or in violation of applicable privacy law.
  • Scanning, probing, or attacking our infrastructure or that of other tenants.
  • Circumventing security, rate limits, or quota enforcement.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service except as permitted.
  • Generating, distributing, or promoting content that incites violence or hate against protected groups.
  • Using AI features to generate child sexual abuse material, deepfakes for harassment, or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.

Storefront content standards

  • Product titles, descriptions, and images must accurately represent the goods sold.
  • Pricing must be honest and complete (no hidden mandatory fees beyond what's disclosed at checkout).
  • Return/refund policy must be conspicuously linked from the storefront.
  • Contact information must be reachable.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, request information, restrict features, freeze payouts, suspend the storefront, or terminate the account. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement or relevant regulators.

To report a violation, email abuse@example.com with the storefront URL and a description of the issue. For copyright complaints, follow the DMCA procedure in our Terms.
